I've spent 20+ years leading behaviour change and transformation for organisations like bp, the Metropolitan Police and the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), and I hold an MSc in Organisational Behaviour (workplace behaviour). I've also built my own service business from exactly where you are now - deep experience, no roadmap, a life that couldn't pause. I know what it costs to keep waiting for permission that isn't coming.
This is a founding cohort, which means I'm guiding you through it live and directly - not just handing you a pre-recorded course and wishing you good luck. I care whether you succeed.
