Interventions
What do I mean by an intervention?
Organisational behaviour is the study of how people think, behave and respond to change within organisations. But the patterns we bring to work don't disappear when we leave the workplace. The way we respond to uncertainty, resist change, form habits and make decisions also shape our everyday lives.
In organisational behaviour, an intervention is a structured, intentional and time-limited action designed to create a specific change.
At Now She Builds, each intervention has a clear purpose, a defined structure and a specific outcome. It is designed to interrupt an existing pattern, address what is keeping you stuck and help you move towards the life you want to create, the goals you want to achieve and your own definition of success.
Choose the intervention that meets you where you are
Whether you need space to reset, clarity about what comes next, or a practical route to building additional income, each Now She Builds intervention is designed to help you move from insight into action.
